Kennedale, TX (5/7/09) by DarinShort.com. When the ASCS Sprint Cars roll onto the Cowtown Speedway high banks, it’s always an exciting night of racing. But on their return May 16th, even more excitement will be on the line.

Added purse money will be offered in all racing divisions, including $2,000 to win for the ASCS Sprint Car feature.

But not all of the action will be on the track.

Palm Harbor Homes reps will be on hand with their brand new model home display for race fans and teams to check out.

And to make things more interesting, fans can sign up for the Palm Harbor/Lang14.com Racing email club ( www.race.palmharbor.com ) and receive a free 50/50 ticket and autograph card. Plus, 25 names will be drawn from registrations and will win a free Palm Harbor/Lang14.com t-shirt!

Anyone purchasing $20 in 50/50 tickets at their display will also receive the brand new Palm Harbor/Lang14.com racing t-shirt designed by Action T-Shirts and an autograph card.

Between the two promotions, fans can expect a new record amount for the 50/50 drawing. After the 50/50 drawing, 5 more lucky fans will win Palm Harbor/Lang14.com t-shirts.

The first Cowtown ASCS event of the season featured a great field of 39 sprint cars. 8th-row starter Kevin Ramey came through the field to take home the hard fought win.

Joining the sprint cars on May 16th will be the lightning fast Winged 600’s, Limited Modifieds, Street Stocks and Bombers.

Adult tickets are still just $15, and advance tickets can be purchased on the track website, www.CowtownSpeedway.com – and there is no convenience charge to use your credit or debit card for payment online. You can also purchase tickets at the track on race night. Pit passes are $30.

With hot laps set for around 6:30pm and the first green flag dropping at 7pm, make your plans now to be a part of the fun and action May 16th, at the Fastest Li'l Dirt Track In Texas - Cowtown Speedway!

ASCS regional races pay $1500 to win. As advertised, this Saturday at Cowtown will pay $2000 to win.

This Saturday, limited modifieds and street stocks will race for $400 to win, the winged 600's pay $350 to win and the bombers pay $225 to win.
