ASCS SPRINTS Added To 8/23 Cowtown Show - Details Here!

There have been wide ranges in rainfall totals throughout the DFW area this week. And with Devil's Bowl raining out their ASCS event scheduled for this Saturday, August 23; the action and the series will shift west across town on I-20 to Kennedale's Cowtown Speedway.

The ASCS Gulf South region will have a sanctioned point event at Cowtown Speedway this Saturday, with hot laps around 6:30pm and races at 7pm.

Adult grandstand tickets will be $15, with youth tickets $5 and kids $2. Tickets can be purchased online at www.CowtownSpeedway.com or you can purchase tickets by cash at the gate. Pit passes will be $30.

This addition joins the previously scheduled events at Cowtown on August 23; featuring the $1,000 to win Entertainment Company topless modifieds, along with all other weekly classes. Additional purse money will be added for all weekly classes as well.

Take advantage of this last-minute update and we hope to see you all at the Fastest Lil' Dirt Track in Texas - Cowtown Speedway - this Saturday night for a 'tune up' for the big Cowtown Sprint Nationals coming up in October!

As of Friday night, everything is still on schedule for Saturday night's ASCS event at Cowtown Speedway.

According to the NWS, the weather forecast between now and race time is dry and in the low 90's, with the exception that Saturday between 3pm and 8pm there is a 30% chance of thunderstorms.

We hope to see many of you at Cowtown Speedway for a night of fast-paced racing action!

Now the NWS has dropped their afternoon precip chances from 30% to 20%, with a high of 91; so it should be a great night for wall to wall racing on the 1/4 mile high banks!

You can also expect some 'invaders' to show up. That's the cool thing with ASCS rules, you just never know who will sign in at the pit gate!

Don't forget the Topless Modifieds battling for $1,000 to win...
